Shipping Policy

Standard Ground Canada Post shipping is 5-10 business days. This only applies to orders within Canada. Please chose an appropriate shipping option during your purchase steps. If you require international shipping, please contact us to process with your order.

What happens if Canada Post is on strike?

We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, including sending your package out by courier at the same rate as Canada Post expedited service rate.  Please be aware that this may take 7-14 day business days.

Returns & Refunds

All returns must be in new condition, received within 30 days of purchase date. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item and a 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
